CANCELLED, due to Senate's postponement of vote on Senate health care bill.

Mitch McConnell and Senate Republicans are trying to force Trumpcare through the Senate with no public debate before the July 4th recess. We've got a big problem with that. This bill cuts medicaid funding, rolls back funding to combat the opioid crisis, blocks folks from using medicaid funds at Planned Parenthood, and allows states to opt out of protecting people with preexisting conditions. For millions of Americans, the ACA was a critical effort to make healthcare more affordable and accessible. This bill does the exact opposite. And we're not going to be quiet about how we feel about this bill. 

On Wednesday at 6pm we'll be sharing our testimonies about our healthcare experiences and what this bill means to us in Bryan Park. Everyone is welcome and all you have to do is show up. We'll be broadcasting the stories live on Facebook and then sharing them with Joe Donnelly and Todd Young so they know what their vote means to folks in Bloomington.
