The next ICPE--Monroe County and South Central Indiana business meeting will be Monday, July 22, 1:45-3:00, at The Showers Inn, corner of North Washington and E 9th streets in Bloomington. Agenda and previous minutes will be sent closer to meeting as reminder. Note the change in location for summer meetings. There will be no meetings on Monday, July 15 or July 29. Please visit the ICPE--Monroe County and South Central Indiana booth at the Bloomington Farmers' Market, located at the west end of the Showers City Hall building near the Food Court and B-Line Trail. If you'd like to work a 90 minute shift discussing local and state education issues with the public, contact Jennifer Livesay <jennifer.livesay@gmail.com> and volunteer for a shift or two. Vacations are starting to nibble away at the regular volunteer schedule. We need 8:15-10:00 volunteers for July 27, August 3 and August 17. We also need transport, setup and breakdown assistance for those Saturdays. There will be no ICPE presence at the August 10 market. Instead, our booth space will be used by the Indiana University Children's Choir to promote school-year activities and opportunities. Be sure to stop by and support these vital efforts in the arts.
