In conjunction with the striking Walmart workers on Black Friday UFCW Local 700 will be holding a rally in support of the workers  Friday November 28th 2014 at 10:00am at the Wal-Mart on State Road 45.The purpose of the rally is to draw attention to the low wages that Wal-Mart pays and the lack of FT jobs created. I realize this is short notice but this decision to add this location is based on how wonderful the Bloomington Community has been in support of worker rights.  The rally will last about a hour with information hand billing to educate the public about Wal-Marts practices.
